COVID-19 - Changes to Operations

Based on Governor Hogan’s guidance, Lines Insurance & Financial Services will not be offering in-person customer service until further notice.

Our team will be working remotely. We are able and willing to handle all customer servicing needs, including insurance audits, personal and commercial quotes for new and existing business and more.

Since we do have the “essential” duty of processing payments, we will have a VERY LIMITED schedule of personnel in the office. Our main objective is to process payments that have already been mailed. If at all possible, please do not drop payments in the office. We highly encourage everyone to make their payments over the phone, on-line, or direct with your carrier.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, we feel it’s the best decision for the health of our team and to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
